INKO held the 2022 convention with the presence of its entire sales team, a special event because, after two years, it was possible to celebrate in person.
During the meeting, the figures from the last fiscal year were reviewed, as well as the company's progress over the past three years. The new brand catalog was also introduced, along with the upcoming product releases that INKO will bring to market in the coming months. The new catalog is of high artistic quality, emphasizing visual rhetoric and almost resembling an art book design.
During this session, the significant work done in 2021 by employees from all departments (factory, administration, and sales) was highlighted, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, especially when circumstances are challenging, as was the case last year with Covid-19-related absences and quarantines.
