INKO has launched a new website after months of work to enhance its online presence. More intuitive, mobile-optimized, and above all, a digital catalog showcasing the features and options offered by the brand's furniture.
The site was conceived as a digital catalog for INKO's kitchen furniture, presenting the current models and all the options they offer: finishes, fittings, interiors, opening systems, lighting, etc. Customers can easily access all this information to discover the possible combinations in their kitchen design. Accompanied by high-quality images, technical descriptions, and other relevant information like maintenance and care, the site addresses the questions that interest end customers, helping them confirm that INKO has the kitchen they need.
The website also improves the official distributor location system. The search tool has been optimized for geolocation or for searching within a specific radius. Once a sales point is found, interactive information allows customers to view it on a map, visit its website, or call directly from a mobile device.
Another notable feature is the option to register a kitchen upon purchase, enabling the customer to extend the warranty by two additional years to the five-year direct warranty offered at purchase.
The new website was developed with the needs of the public in mind, removing sections that were no longer necessary and enhancing those of greater utility. This new website was presented in early March to all commercial agents through a virtual meeting attended by the company's management and heads of various INKO departments.
